Orders
1. You must place your order via our online store, create a user account and order by selecting the item you wish to purchase.
2. Follow the pages ordering guidelines, if you wish to order an item that you cannot find, include the details of the item in your order form.
3. GUP will use your account contact details to confirm the order, availability, and total price.
4. Clearance of payment is required.
5. Your order is shipped to you, standard post unless otherwise indicated + charged.
Also note that the +10% GST applies only to customers in Australia [this price does not show up until you make your order].
Credit Card
The easiest and most convenient way to order from GUP is via credit card [VISA or Mastercard only]. Your credit card will be charged before your order is shipped. Credit card is only accepted within Australia - if you live outside of Australia only Paypal is accepted.
Other Payment Methods
You can also pay via Cheque, Money Order, Paypal or Direct bank deposit, GUP accepts Cash but be warned there is no possible way of cancelling or tracking cash payments. A Cheque requires up to 5 business days to clear before your order is shipped, Money Orders can be shipped as soon as they arrive.

Our website calculates a vague approximate upon order, this amount is only a guideline - often the price is in fact a bit cheaper, wait to hear back from our sales rep. for the correct quote.
Terms + Conditions
No items will be shipped until payment is made in full. Due to external factors altering the price of importing, prices on this website are subject to change without notice, you will be notified of the final price when GUP contacts you after you place an order. GUP reserves the right to refuse service to a customer.
GUP cannot be held responsible once an item is posted. GUP cannot be held responsible for the security of the online secure server website, it is an independently ran security system and abides by all required internet security laws. GUP makes every effort to make sure each new item is available on it's earliest release date, but cannot be held resonsible as there are too many factors outside of GUP's control.
GST + Australian Dollar
A 10% GST is applicable only to people in Australia. All prices on the GUP website are in the Australian dollar, GUP recommends double checking prices here for any international customers as our convertions are not "live" and only approximates, final charges are always in Australian Dollars .
Holding Policy + Pre-Orders
GUP will not hold an item for more than 14 days in waiting for payment. After that time if someone else orders that item they receive priority. Pre-orders are always welcome, and in fact, encouraged... due to the vastly growing GUP catalogue and also the niche nature of the music styles we stock, it is virtually impossible to have all items on the shelf at all times and so by pre-ordering an item as soon as you can is encouraged. Pre-order just as you would a normal order, you will not be charged until the item is ready to ship and you will be contacted by us during that time.

Enquiries
It is recommended that you wait for GUP to reply to your order on the status of the items you have ordered before posting any Cheque's or Money Orders. An order and prices are not final until you are invoiced from GUP after you have placed your order. You may also enquire about the status of an item at any time by any of GUP's contact details.
